Silent Hill - interesting first game, killer sequel and then steadily downhill from there. It seems like shovelware now and I can't bring myself to be interested in it unless it does something groundbreaking. Alan Wake was a far better survival horror game than any of the last 5 or 6 Silent Hill games. What's new ? What's different ? Why should I care ? ANSWER ME SEXBAD ! ANSWER ME !!! WHY DID YOU MAKE THIS TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE GAME ? I BLAME YOU FOR EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING !

Yes, the QTE boss battles. It seems like a rather baffling decision to me; surely the goal of a Silent Hill game is, first and foremost, to be scary, and QTE's certainly aren't that. Maybe if they're done like in Heavy Rain, where you're not getting a big colorful button prompt on the screen and you can screw up once or twice without instantly dying.

Other than that, I actually think it sounds pretty good.
