Yes, it's interesting in that the scope is much smaller than Origins. Origins was an epic in every sense of the word, whereas this one is much more personal and intimate. Not necessarily a bad thing, but if you were expecting a follow on from Origins it can be a bit surprising.
And yes, the re-used assets (caves, interiors etc) sticks out like dogs balls. Its odd that they have crafted their world with such care and intricacy, there's tons of history, culture and so on. And then three different caves you re-visit over and over in different locations. A weird sense of BioWare's focus.
