| the only MMORPG I've ever played to any real length was MapleStory, and I'm SO glad that that is over with.
MMORPGS are a grind-fest and time-suck that I am not willing to deal with.

| I've tried to get into a lot of MMO's, but generally I just can't. Too much grinding, shitty combat, ugly gear, etc. I used to play an MMO called Rubies of Eventide a fair amount, I guess, but that was mostly because of the tight-knit community. Not sure if the game's still running or not. | |

| Love RPGs
Hate multiplayer
Don't play MMORPGs
One of the things I like most about games, especially RPGs, is the story. As far as I know (correct me if you know different), most MMORPGs have little to no storyline, expecting player interaction to fill in most of the drama. And, well, I just hate multiplayer gaming.
That and paying regular fees, because I'm cheap. Seriously, I want to pay a set fee and then own the whole thing. Also why I am against DLC.
One of my best friends met his now-wife playing Everquest though. They're still together today and have two lovely children. So there's that.
