• The Last Days of FOXHOUND (completed) - for Metal Gear Solid fans
  

Other funny web comics:

• The Adventures of Dr. McNinja - A Dr. who is also a ninja. Hilarious! Updates on Mon, Wed & Fri
  
• Gone with the Blastwave - Great artwork, but rarely updates
  
• Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal* - Daily updates, usually in 1-panel-format
  
• Cyanide & Happiness* - Daily updates
  
• The Perry Bible Fellowship* (stopped) - Really funny and professional, but no more updates

*Potentially offensive to some conservative/religious users.
