Any MK fans here ? I liked MK 2 but feel like the series pretty much stalled after that. As have most one on one fighting franchises, to be honest. Not a genre with a lot of innovation as far as I'm concerned.

I loved Mortal Kombat when it was in 2d. After 3 the series really fell apart. I have high hopes for this one but if it fails I'll still have Marvel Vs. Capcom 3.

I only played TEKKEN in the fight-game genre. I think I will buy this when it comes out, it looks fun to play wth friends, and thats wg´hat matters to me.

I once played a Mortal Kombat game. I won by (what else) mashing my controller to death. I really don't get fighting games, and the only one I've ever come close to enjoying was Blazblue.

So, I just played a bit of the demo and-Im terrible at it. It seems too be very fun once you learned the attacks and so, but since this is my first Mk its a bit hard to understand the instructions given....

I mean take fatalitys. It tells me to press down,left,up,square. I try, and nothing happens, I just jump aquardly.....

So, I want to be good at it, but I need some practise.

I LOVE THIS GAME(based on the demo)

Sure, it is sorta slow, and each charachter only have about 20 moves each, but I really really enjoy it.I especially like playing the demo with a real person obviously. It does not seem you need to be particulary good to have a good time with it.

I finally pulled of a fatality. SO VERY SWEET!

Sub-zero....wins.
