So I moved to Mexico City. The apartment I lived in was OK, a bit small but OK. The huge problem was the noise. There was a family of trash who lived opposite me in a half-built concrete monstrosity that looks like something from Fallout. Not only did they play loud music and have their brat kids screaming up and down the street, they had a goddamn dog that barked all day and all night and they never did naything to stop it. I mean, doesn't that bother them as well ? Assholes.
Not only thta, but there were a couple of roosters that would crow as s oon as the sun starte dto come up, and some busses and heavy vehicles parked around the corner and beeped and revved their engines early in the morning. It was a pain in the ass and I didn't have a decent night's sleep for three weeks.
So I moved again. I'm now downtown Mexico City and it's nice. My apartment is part of a 100 year old palace that used to belong to some ex-President's daughter which was later divided up into apartments. I'm closer to all the good shit going on in Mexico City and most importantly it's quiet. Happy now.
