This video about sums up Crysis 2 (except it's more fucking gorgeous than most people complain over)
Someone should make an alien shooter set in the old west.

AI huh? Yea, crysis 1 didnt exactly blow me away with the AI either, but I didn't(Or rarely anyway) see enemies running around in circles, as in a vid I saw of crysis 2. But I guess I've only played about 3 shooters with decent AI ever, so Im not that surprised.
Anyway, the game looks great,so many ppl wil play it. Lets hope the AI is good in Crysis 3.......

I thought Far Cry's AI was great, and Crysis' wasn't that bad, but there isn't much to love about C2.

Got it, pretty disappointed.
Well, that's not true, because I didn't have such high hopes to begin with.
It does look gorgeous, you have to admit. Hopefully other people will take the engine and do something more worthy with it.
The AI is God-awful. You're given this stealth option that totally flabergasts them, and then they have a lot of trouble figuring out what to do once you re-appear. They love to jump back and forth over cover, and WHILE THEY'RE DOING THEIR JUMP ANIMATION THEY ARE INVULNERABLE. That's right, you have to wait until the animation is over to start shooting them. Errrr.
The radar is awful, and it's often difficult to figure out where enemies are. They often get in behind you, I think they also spawn at times in odd places.
As a tech demo - awesome. As a game - smelly poops.
