My favorite band is The Arcade Fire, with runners up being Blue October, Regina Spektor, Bjork, Imogen Heap, The Neon Trees, The Arcade Fire, and The Arcade Fire

I like The Arka Teks. They're kind of a small time band, you can find them on YouTube.

Beck. Perhpas not as good as he used to be, but still going strong. Some genre based and some mixed genre albums. Real creativity, real quality. My favorite musician, bar none.

Just heard of and bought a five-track album off of iTunes called "I Was Searching and I Found" by a dude calling himself "Weaver at the Loom."
