| A small bomb went off at the end of my street, about 50 meters (yards) from the front door of my apartment building.
It was a Chinese made grenade that had been wired up into a bomb and then hidden in some trash bags. Some poor homeless guy was digging through the trash and set it off. He unfortunately didn't survive the blast. I'd walked past these bags about an hour earlier.
A department store was bombed about a week ago and no one has taken responsibility for either bomb so far. Might be time for me to get out of Bangkok.
Anyway, I survived again. Nice ! | |
