Elder Scrolls alike games

Fallout 3 is like Oblivion for obvious reasons

some other games that are like the Elder Scrolls series are possibly the Gothic series and to an extent Mass Effect.

What I mean by Elder Scrolls alike is that there is some significant level of player customization... skills, abilities, armor, weapons, etc. and there is dialogue and several dialogue options with some that can change your relationship with individuals or even influence the entire course of the game.

Can you guys help me find some other Elder Scrolls alike games? I have a lot of free time now, and WILL have a lot of free time until I get a job. I can't really do anything with it besides play games.

Risen - which was made by the Gothic team and shares a lot of gameplay elements. New game though, so you need a good PC or a X360.

Dragon Age ? Star Wars KOTOR ? Divinity II ? Two Worlds (a horrible game, though) ?

If you're looking for cheap PC games, there are the Genefore games, the Avernum series, Eschalon 1 & 2 etc etc etc. What you looking for, boy ? Give more details for a more detailed recommendation.

There's Mount & Blade. I've not played much of it, mainly because the RPG elements are actually rather thin, even compared to Oblivion. However, though combat shouldn't be the biggest part of an RPG, the combat in it is absolutely amazing, very realistic without being a whole bunch of ArmA II micromanagement nonsense. Setting all of the difficulty sliders to near the middle, I barely got through the tutorial, but it was much more like playing a sport rather than going up against something with ten times my health and more reaction time. It's a very down to earth game.
